This is a body-based feminine spiritual path. This journey is crafted in an artful way using a variety of methods of self-inquiry including somatic and embodiment practices, tantric philosophy, archetypal exploration and shadow work.

Modules

An introduction to the left hand path of feminine spirituality and eros as a pathway to spiritual awakening. This module is where we lay the foundations for working with sexual energy. Build an understanding of the nervous system, working with range and capacity, resourcing and cultivating internal safety in your body.
Explore the multi-dimensional body of woman and the wisdom of the felt-body. We explore elements of Tantra as pathways to embodiment. We explore emotion, energy and sensation and anchor into inhabiting the pelvic bowl.
We work with cultivating deeper internal presence, slowing down, receptivity and sensitising to eros. Learn how to open, receive and be nourished by your erotic current at a cellular level.
Explore different pathways to cultivating and holding erotic energy, and taking up more space inside of your body.
Erotic awakening is ultimately awakening to power. Learn to track how this energy expresses in different aspects of your life and how to hold and wield it responsibly. We explore energetic patterns and how to channel energy in the direction of creation instead of extract or deplete it.
Learn to harness the ultimate feminine power: Alchemy. We explore metabolising stuck-ness and density in the body into more aliveness and the art of erotic transmutation.
This module explores your relationship to hunger, desire and longing.
This module is all about sexual repression, releasing shame and unwinding purity culture from your body-mind to claim the fullness of what it means to be a sexual woman.
This module explores the deeply erotic nature of vulnerability and what it means to be in true intimacy with self, others and with life. Soften, melt off protective armour and meet eros as it moves and expresses through your heart-space.
In this module we cultivate the potency of Sex-Heart channel to come into the full embodiment of erotic sovereignty.

Group calls will involve transmission style teachings on feminine energetic principals and guided experiential journeys to explore the teachings through the body. There will be Q&A and personalised coaching to support you real time with what is arising from your exploration. The journey is structured in a way where each module builds upon the next to deepen your understanding and support natural integration of the teachings into your lived experience.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Nicole, born on the beautiful lands of Aotearoa. I had a fairly unconventional upbringing, raised inside an exclusive religious sect - The Church with No Name; you might find it on google as the “Two by Two’s.” I received a lot of harmful indoctrination during my formative years. Suppression and weaponisation of fear, guilt and shame as a means for control resulted in a severing of the connection to my body at a very young age. While religion also has many beautiful attributes and I respect it as a choice of path, it was not my Soul’s path. At 18 years old, I made the decision to leave. This meant leaving behind my community, my family, my sense of belonging, an entire identity and paradigm and braving the journey of integration into the world I knew as the “Outside” with no support, on own.

Some of the biggest challenges I have intimately encountered on my path have been a deep reckoning with fear and shame around my body and sexuality, my sense of self-worth, home and belonging, domestic violence and abusive relationships, addiction in multiple forms and confronting the overwhelming void of aloneness, disconnection and the God sized hole.

This body of work is a culmination of embodied wisdom from a decade of my life including training in tantra and embodiment facilitation and extensive mentorship under various teachers and guides. I would not be the woman I am today if it wasn’t for the powerful women that were placed on my path to guide me as I have continually said yes to the initiatory path of Eros.

Yes. This journey is suitable for anyone no matter their level of experience in this field. Feminine-based spirituality is a spiral path (like the cycles of feminine nature). There is no linear progression, only a deepening of embodiment and integrating the teachings through your opening, practice and cultivated relationship to them.
This is a mature, responsible space for women 20+.
Women who participate must have some understanding of self-holding and a willingness to de-identify with victim mentality.
Because the nature of this work is alchemical, it will bring up uncomfortable internal material to be worked with. This is purposeful and a part of the journey. You will be held and supported through this process.
This journey is not suitable for women who are in active trauma.
